Payment Hiccups

Payment Hiccups

Reasons why a payment might take longer and how to navigate them

You work hard to bring beautiful experiences to your guests, and you deserve timely compensation. While our accounting team is dedicated to processing payments on time, certain issues may cause delays. Below are the leading causes:

Incorrect or Incomplete Bank Data

Always ensure your banking details are correct. To consult or update your information:

  1. Access your account and visit your Profile section.
  2. Click on Billing and payouts.
  3. Select Payout method and input your information.
Chef's Tip: After any modification, always hit save to ensure your changes are stored properly.
Invoice Required

In special cases (e.g., corporate events or partner services), you may need to send us an invoice to claim compensation. No payments will be sent without it.

The invoice must include:

  • Date, your name/company name, and address.
  • Take a Chef's fiscal info: Take a K2K, sl (B-86442670), Calle Valcarlos 36, 3B, 28050 Madrid - Spain.
  • Total amount, currency, and your bank account details.
Weekends or Holidays

Payments are processed 48 business hours after the event. Services on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday are processed the following Monday. Holidays in Madrid, Spain may also cause delays.

Payments outside European Union

Clearance may take several days depending on international bank policies. Contact your bank for specific time frames.

Payout Hold

If a guest raises a complaint, an investigation occurs within 72 business hours. Payment is held until a conclusion is reached.
