The Request Anatomy
Basic Details About Service Requests
Every memorable experience starts with a service request, but remember:
- It’s an opportunity, not yet a commitment: Think of every request as a new opportunity. It’s okay to pass when you’re not available.
- A request isn’t a booking: Your booking is only confirmed when the client makes it official through the website.
- Changing dates: If you and the client agree on a different date, keep the original request and inform the team for payment adjustments.
Understanding a New Request
The service request form is where clients share the details of their event. Let's break down each section:
- Price range: Options include 'Basic', 'Temptation', and 'Exclusive'. Staying within their range increases success.
- Location: Where the service takes place (specific address or general area).
- Number of guests: 2, 3-6, 7-12, or 13+ guests.
- Meal type: Lunch or Dinner.
- Comment Section: Additional notes like event purpose or special requests.
Cuisine and Dietary Preferences
- Type of cuisine: Mediterranean, Italian, French, Japanese, Fusion, Seafood, Local, or Chef’s Special.
- Dietary restrictions: Allergies, restrictions, or special diets.

Declining Service Requests
If a request doesn’t suit you or you are already booked, promptly withdraw your proposal by clicking on the trash can icon. This helps prevent double bookings and allows another Chef to step in.
