Request Settings

Requests Settings

At Private Chef Manager, we think you shine brightest when you align your preferences to match your interests and skills. To begin, familiarize yourself with the Request settings menu on your dashboard. This menu allows you to customize Cuisine types, Budget tiers, and Group sizes.

Choosing Cuisine Styles

Cuisine types are shown to guests while submitting their requests. When customizing your requests, play to your strengths and align them with cuisines you're passionate about. However, it's smart to pay attention to your market and offer popular cuisines in your region to ensure visibility.

Budget Tiers

Budget tiers mark the average price a guest is willing to pay. After doing a cost-effectiveness analysis for your services, decide which tiers your offerings fall into. Service requests with a budget outside your selected preferences will not be sent to you.

Define Group Sizes

Whether you prefer larger groups for a wider margin or smaller parties for better performance, use your settings to specify the maximum and minimum number of guests you're interested in serving. You can even select different party size preferences for each cuisine.

How it works: Step-by-Step
  1. Navigate to your "Request settings" section.
  2. Average price per group size: Review this section to understand each budget type (informative only).
  3. Menu selection: Detail your preferences for each menu specifically.
Important: All Menu selection settings are automatically enabled and shown in blue. If you don't want to get requests for a specific cuisine, budget, or party size, click on it to disable them. They will turn white when disabled.

Don't forget to Save Changes!

Example Configuration

Let's say you are interested in service requests for French Cuisine exclusively within the Temptation (Medium) or Exclusive (High) budget tiers and for parties larger than 2 guests. You would ensure those specific "Blue" buttons remain active, while clicking the others to turn them white (disabled).

By adjusting your preferences, you can opt out of specific tiers or cuisines, allowing you to work smartly and concentrate on what's important to you.
