Profile Creation & Unlocking Private Chef Manager

How to sign up and get started

Step 1 – Sign Up
  1. Go to privatechefmanager.com.
  2. Click Sign Up and choose your plan (Free or Pro).
Step 2 – Create Your Profile

Fill in the following sections carefully — this is your first impression:

  • Profile photo – Use a high-quality, professional image.
  • Bio – Share your background, specialties, and style.
  • Service area & radius – Define where you work.
  • Languages – Select the languages you’re comfortable working in.
  • Menus – Add at least one menu so you can receive requests.
Step 3 – Connect Your Platforms

Link your Private Chef Manager account to Take a Chef, Airbnb, or other supported platforms. Your calendar and menus will sync automatically.

Step 4 – Unlock Private Chef Manager Features

Once your profile is complete and approved, you’ll have full access to Private Chef Manager’s features — including your inbox, calendar, menu manager, and booking tools.

Chef Tip: The more complete your profile, the higher your chances of receiving premium booking opportunities.
