Running a private chef business goes far beyond preparing memorable meals. The Pro Plan is designed to simplify operations, strengthen your professional presence, and give you more time to focus on cooking.
In addition to Free Plan features (Unified Calendar, Inbox, AI Proposals), upgrading to Pro unlocks:
- Your own professional website (e.g. yourname.chef)
- Custom domain name
- Priority support (24/7)
- Dedicated account manager
- Advanced analytics
To activate, simply log in, click “Go Pro” in the top-right corner, and add your payment details. You can continue with the Free Plan for as long as you wish if you choose not to upgrade.
Think of it as your digital restaurant. The Pro Plan includes a website built and hosted for you, allowing clients to explore your style and menus. Features include:
- Two template choices: Culinary Storyteller or Modern Hospitality.
- Direct booking capabilities managed via Private Chef Manager.
- Automatic content syncing with your profile.
- Choose your template (Culinary Storyteller or Modern Hospitality).
- Upload photos: Add at least 20 high-quality photos to your profile.
- Select Domain: Go to Partners → Website to finalize your custom URL.
The Private Chef Manager fee is 2.9% on confirmed bookings. This applies to both Free and Pro plans (except for Take a Chef bookings).
- Private Clients: 0% Agency Fee + 2.9% PCM Fee
- Take a Chef: 18% Agency Fee + 0% PCM Fee
- Airbnb: 15% Agency Fee + 2.9% PCM Fee
Why is there a monthly fee AND a commission?
The monthly fee unlocks premium tools (like your website). The 2.9% commission covers the core infrastructure, payments, and automation.
Who builds my website?
We do! Private Chef Manager automatically adapts your profile content and photos into the design you choose.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If you cancel, your Pro features (including your website) will deactivate at the end of the billing cycle.
